You may return any order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fee, no questions asked. Items may be used; we only ask that you return all included accessories.
Contact our support email with your order number. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a free return shipping label.
Once the returned item is received, your refund is issued to the original PayPal payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on PayPal's processing time.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect within the 12-month warranty period, we will send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Photo evidence may be requested.
Refunds may be declined if the product is returned without all included accessories after 30 days from delivery, or in cases of abuse of the return policy.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including EU/EEA 14-day withdrawal rights where applicable.
